Local pubs and restaurants can provide you with an opportunity to cross promote, encouraging your guests to eat or drink at an establishment in return for a commission. According to a report from Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP (PwC UK) the Rugby World Cup will help drive growth of 5.1% in London and 6% in other regions next year! An analysis from Deloittes suggests the tournament will be worth £2.1bn to the British economy. Much of this total will be generated by direct spend on accommodation, along with food and beverages by domestic and international fans – make sure you don’t miss out and plan now to be prepared.
