Deborah Heather recently caught up with the team from Boutique Hotel News to discuss REST, the Responsible, Ethical, Responsible Tourism accreditation from Quality in Tourism.
The scheme has the ability to go across the industry and can adapt to different business types from hotels to self-catering and restaurants to attractions; the scoring can be adapted to reflect what the business can and cannot achieve. Our experienced assessors will work with businesses to identify the gaps in what is already being achieved and what can be done. The scheme has been developed as a continuous improvement process, helping businesses to gain a competitive edge and more consumer focused.
