  • We visit annually to assess you and check your criteria every year, to ensure consumer confidence in our accreditation.
  • Our team of assessors have a wide range of experience in hospitality, tourism and leisure industries and visit up to 500 properties per year. They will support you by offering business advice alongside feedback which is practical and achievable to implement
  • Our approach is to work with you in partnership; the goal being to help to maximise the potential of your business and drive a program of continuous improvement
  • We are independent, moderated by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and we also hold BSI 9001 accreditation
