Improve Your Star Quality
Quality in Tourism is pleased to announce they will be running two workshops in Northumberland to allow accommodation providers to understand the importance of the national schemes and what is required to attain a high star rating.
During each workshop, a representative from Quality in Tourism will explain the advantages of accommodation being assessed, how they are conducted, the ways in which good and excellent ratings can be used in marketing and how to use the report as a management tool for any planned refurbishment or staff training.
