Often found in many of our larger cities, Serviced Apartments offer hotel services such as a maid service and concierge, in addition to a self-contained unit with a kitchen. There may also be a formal process for handling bookings, arrivals and departures.

There are no separate designators in Serviced Apartments, however in most cases they are not exclusively urban, with accommodation rated in a similar standard to the Self-Catering scheme.
- Review the Quality Standard relating to your category to check that you are happy with what we take in to account at the time of the assessment.
- Check the fees and benefits section to work out the costs involved or use our helpful Service Apartment Fees Calculator.
- Complete the application form provided and return it to Quality in Tourism along with your total payment, which must be made payable to Quality in Tourism. We are also able to accept credit/debit card payments (by phone), BACs payments and payments by direct debit that attract a 7.5% discount. Alternatively you can use the Service Apartment Application
