Often found in many of our big cities Serviced Apartments offer Hotel services such as maid service and concierge in addition to a self-contained unit with a kitchen. | |

Scheme Designators have been developed to help consumers understand the different types of accommodation available.
There are no separate designators in Serviced Apartments. They tend though not to be exclusively urban,
with accommodation rated to a similar standard as the Self-Catering scheme but with the addition of a
number of Hotel style services
