National Quality Assessment Scheme - Budget Hotels

		Budget Hotels are always part of a large ‘branded’ Hotel Group offering clean and comfortable en-suite facilities, 24-hour reservations and a consistent level of facilities.

Scheme Designators have been developed to help consumers understand the different types of accommodation available. (Please refer to page 11 of the standards guide to confirm if you are eligible to apply as a Budget Hotel.)

There are no separate designators for Budget Hotels. This sector is sometimes also thought of as Travel Accommodation, tends to feature international brands like Campanile, Express by Holiday Inn, Premier Travel Inn, Travel Lodge, InnKeepers Lodge, Days Inn, Ibis, Sleep Inn. Internal brand standards therefore are well measured.
